Road to pollón
Hi, I am new here, just started doing PE last week. I am opening this thread for tracking my progress and routines.
My initial measures are(6th of june 2018):
BPEL 18cm
NBPEL 16,8cm
MSEG 14cm
BEG 14cm
At the time I am doing a newbie routine as follows:
4-5min warming with an electric heater (keeping it on during the stretchings):
8 min stretching all directions and a few circles in the middle(like 20 clockwise and 20 anticlockwise)
13 min dry jelquing with a few light ULIs in between. (doing overhand grip for both as it seems far more effective for me)
4-5 min warming again
