Hi everyone,

I am 20 years of age and I have known about PE for about 2 years now and recently I began experimenting with it.
I love challenging myself and becoming my better self in every aspect of life that is why I am here.

I started out by measuring my penis at 17 cm/6.7 in BPFSL and after the first day of doing my exercises I measured at 18 cm/7.1 in BPFSL which is probably just a coincidence and not necessarily gains, thus I will put my starting length at 18 cm/7.1 in BPFSL

Start:
Date: 15/08-2020
BPFSL: 18 cm/7.1 in
NBPFSL: 17 cm/6.7 in

Goals:
Short term (after around 1 month):
BPFSL: 19 cm/7.5 in

Mid term (after around 6 months):
BPFSL: 20 cm/8 in

Long term (after around 2 years):
BPFSL: 23 cm/9 in

Routine:
I started out by hanging with 5,5 lb/2,5 kg weight for around 30 min/day. I have done some jelq and manual stretch exercises also. I feel more tension in the ligaments when doing manual stretches upwards and straight out which is why I will focus more on those. Right now I have not a consistent workout routine, therefore I will update this later on.

I am planning to update on this thread every month for as long as I consistently do PE.

PS. Feel free to ask questions or give tips

Ok, so I finally made my own routine which I will follow for at least 2 months onwards.

Routine:
Morning:
5 min manual stretch
5 min jelqing
Afternoon:
20 min hanging
10 min jelq

I will also squeeze in some jelqs and manual stretching during bathroom visits

I am thinking of doing 2 days work and 1 day off, or do 5 days work and then take the weekends off.

I would do 2/3 on and 1 off, at least for now. Pay attention to your body, if you can do more you do more. But you need much rest.

Sounds great, I will do as you suggest for the coming 2 months and then maybe increase in frequency

Ok, so it has been 1 month since I posted here and I will go through my progress.

I started out as 18 cm BPFSL
After 1 month I gained just over 0,5 cm.

Therefore my new stats are:
BPFSL: 18.5 cm/7.3 in

This was 0.5 cm shy of my short term goal of 1 cm gain after 1 month. However I do not consider this a setback. I am extremely happy with the gains so far and I look forward for future gains.

I am a little late for this months progress. This month I gained another 0.5 cm, which means that I currently sit at 19 cm BPSFL and I achieved my first short term goal!

I am looking forward to increase to 20 cm.

Yes, I hang for about 30 min for 2 days and then rest for 1 day. For now I mainly do 5 - 10 min of jelqs and manual stretches before masturbating, which I pretty much do everyday
