Stretches in the morning - 10 mins the hot towell warm down

Evenning warm up

Jelging - about 100 to 200 varies with how much time I have - this includes Kelgs

End with a double Jelg - about 10 to 20

then warm down - hot towell

Commenced Clamping June 2006 - but only moderatly
