I’ve been aware of PE since the early 2000s. Halfway started a few times in the 2000s, but couldn’t be consistent.

In about 2010 I got back into it as a round of self improvement, got a clamp style hangar, but couldn’t get the wrapping right and found it uncomfortable. Then let life get in the way and gave up.

Now after a divorce with an affair I was feeling a little insecure, and with plenty of alone time I decided to get back to it. Tried the clamp style hangar again, still didn’t like it, so I gave up on it again. This might have something to do with having a very small flaccid that made it harder to wrap.

I’ve measured length plenty going back 20 years, it’s always come in right at 5.5BPEL. And I’m overweight, so I have a large fat pad(working on that too). Which left me without much NBPEL, like 4”.

So I cut out alcohol, porn, switched back to meal prep and eating clean, got back into the gym.. And got back on the PE.

In November of 2019 I bought a good cylinder and started pumping, I think I was starting to see progress, or at least stretching skin. I decided that pumping for length wasn’t as effective as hanging, but since I had a mostly packed cylinder it would reduce the traffic cone shape and stretch me.

Then I learned about the LG Hangar. I ordered one up and eagerly started in December. I had a few missteps in late December early Jan from leaving the hangar on too long, even with low weights. Once I got past that I was able to ramp up weight as recommended.

I’m currently feeling like I’m in the Zone, and I don’t want to mess with success.

Progress:

November 2019:

First real start:

5.5” BPEL
6” EG(base)
5.5” MSEG
~4.5 Near the head(hard to measure since it tapers pretty quick near the glans, I’m not sure how consistent or valuable this measurement will be)

After a few weeks of hanging lightly I decided to check with my ruler.

6.125” BPFSL (before hanging)
6.5” BPFSL (after hanging 1 hour)
6” BPEL (right after hanging an hour)

So I noticed that with hanging my BPEL was always higher right after hanging. And lower the following day pre hang. Makes sense.

Early/Mid January I was hitting 6” BPEL before hanging. 6.25” BPFSL before hanging. And 6.75” BPFSL after hanging.

I kept this up slowly increasing weight through Jan and February, but was traveling for work so I only managed to get 1 hour in every day compared to the closer to 2 I had been doing. I upped to 2 hours early March when I got back from travel. I didn’t bother measuring during this time period.

March 16 2020:
Decided it was time for a good measurement recording day.

First thing in the morning with a good morning wood:
6.25” BPEL
6.0” beg
5.5” mseg
4.5” bheg
6.75” BPFSL

During this time I generally notes that my post workout BPFSL is about 0.25-0.5” more than pre. Hopefully a sign of things coming.

It was about this time that I was able to ramp up my hanging and extending since I was working from home all the time. I got a 10lb weight setup but dropped back to 7.5 since I am able to hang more often and hit fatigue quicker while hanging.

3/20/20:
7” BPFSL after hang
6.5” BPEL after hang

3/22/20:
6.75 BPFSL before hanging.

4/8/20:
6.375” BPEL before hanging

4/12/20:
6.5” BPEL before hanging

4/13/20:
6.75” BPEL after hanging
7.125-7.25 BPFSL after hanging.

So I’m hanging, then leaving the LG Hangar on as an extender, then hanging, then leaving it on. I will spend most of the day wearing it m-f since I just sit at my desk and work remotely.

I was using heating pads but I sort of stopped around mid March, just kinda forgot, so I need to bring that back in.

I’m very pleased with my progress so far to basically have gained an inch in this time. It feels huge in my hang now, thicker too, but I’m not sure I can see any girth gains when measuring. And right now I just really want length anyway.

My ex had a hard time giving oral sex because it was hard for her to open her jaw far enough long enough, and would cause her jaw to pop. Any sort of deep throat was out as well. More girth would be nice but I’m not sure I can about that right now.

I have taken progress pics, as you all know it’s hard to get good pictures. I also have a clone a wily from before at my old size! That is fun to compare myself to. Maybe when I have reached the end of whatever this will be I’ll make another so they can be seen side by side!

I decided it was time to increase the weight since I have been at the same weight awhile. Low and behold I have been hanging 6.8lbs. I thought I made the jump to 7.5 about a month ago.

So I increased the weight to 7.5lbs, and I’ll hang at this weight awhile.

A few days ago I started incorporating DMSO and vitamin E oil.

I might feel like fatigue comes on quicker with the DMSO. I haven’t noticed that it makes any difference in my post hang BPFSL, but I don’t think I would really expect it to on such a short time frame. I have ordered some PABA that I will also incorporate. Debating about dissolved in DMSO, vs oral, or both. Also taking lots of vitamin C. Trying to maximize the supplement side for collagen stretch. I do feel the “chord” strongly on the topside, but I don’t know how much it’s holding me back. Based on the gains I have seen so far maybe none, but if those were ligament gains only, then maybe I haven’t really worked the tunica yet.

PBEL seems to have creeped up a little. I can measure 6 9/16 up to 6 10/16.

BPFSL before hang is a pretty consistent 7.25. So that’s solidified.

It’s progress! I think the easy gains have come and it will now be slow gains, but it does seem to have creeped slightly higher. So I won’t complain, I’m just happy to be gaining!

EG feels bigger. Cannot say I’m able to get any consistent measurement to confirm. But after decades of feeling it before and now it does feel bigger.

I did the toilet paper tube test again recently, I got about 1/3 to half way down the shaft, which in the past I remembered being more like 2/3 of the way down the shaft.

I need a better girth tracking strategy.

Apr 27:
7.25” BPFSL Before hanging
7.5” BPFSL after hanging.

Woke up in the middle of the night and measured my morning wood, 6.75.

Checked again when I woke up, 6.75.

Hung for an hour and then clamped a little while for fun, after measured 6.75 BPEL.

Hope to keep seeing more of that number consistently. Feels like the trend continues to be BPFSL is about 0.5” more than BPEL, though it seems like there is some delay between hitting that consistently. I was measuring 0.75” different for awhile but then sort of caught back up to 0.5” delta.

PABA arrived today. Time to incorporate that.

I keep measuring 7.25” BPFSL before hanging. And 7 3/8 to 7.5” BPFSL after hanging. The 7.5” after hanging is a little hard to reach consistently. But hopefully solidifies more with more hanging.

I have been able to consistently hit 6.75” BPEL and 6 7/8” to 7” with a little better EQ or edging.

Again it seems like I can keep about a 0.5” delta between BPFSL and BPEL. So as long as I see that FSL increasing I hope the erect gains follow.

Today after a 1 hour session, 45 mins off, and a 40 minute session I measured 7.5BPFSL, with 7.125” BPEL.

So overall I am now reaching 6.75” consistently and easily. And my best EQ gives 7” without hanging or pumping.

Overall I am still ecstatic with my progress. I think I’ve really exceeded by wildest expectations in terms of how quickly this all has happened.

Ok time for an update.

I started traveling for work again in mid June which is when I stopped being consistent with hanging and then stopped hanging (working offshore means just an end to hanging). I’m still traveling frequently but have been getting back to hanging in the evening an hour before bed.

In the break time I went from about 7.125 back down to 6.5”. So I lost a little during a forced Decon break.

I also decided to give PGE-1 a try. I’ve been on Using it for a month now, about 4-5 times a week. And in the last two weeks have been hanging again.

Took a little bit to get over the nervousness of the injection, but it’s mostly gone now.

I’ve been upping my injection amount, either since I developed a tolerance or more likely my PGE has degraded.

I’m injected before bed, leaving me with an all night stiffy.

I’ve noticed that the PGE-1 takes about an hour to kick in to about 80% seems to peak for me in the middle of the night and then wear off towards wake up time.

Yes there is soreness, only once early on would I describe it as pain, to the point I got out an ice pack.

I can feel how it inflates the CC, but not the CS. Without stimulation my erect feels very wide. In fact I can feel a low spot on the top side where the “cord” area is. So you can feel the chambers inflating out more than up.

I’m also started to feel what stage stop and OMG described at the stuffed sausage effect. When flaccid my penis feels more dense and fuller, not nearly so squishy.

Now here is the fun part, gains in girth.

I’ve been feeling like I was thicker, but haven’t measured in awhile. I measured yesterday and today to get two readings midday.

Before:
BHEG - 4.5”
MSEG - 5.5”
BEG - 6”

Now:
BHEG - 4.75-5”
MSEG - 5.75-6”
BEG - 6.25”

So I knew I was getting thicker since I could no longer get my fingers to touch around the middle, but it was hard to say by how much.

My current vial of pge-1 is about half gone, but getting older. I ordered some more vials and have them ready to go, but it does seem like it can degrade quicker than I can use it.

So I am going to continue this routine, and try and include more hanging than I currently am, aiming to get back to 2 hrs a day hang. I’m still hanging relatively low weight, about 8lbs. My hope is that the rumors of PGE-1 weakening the tunica for length gains are synergistic with the hanging. It seems clear that it works for girth but I have not recovered/gained any length yet with my sort time hanging again.

A year on, time for an update. I have been traveling lots for work so it’s made it difficult to get a consistent schedule going. And I’ve managed to put back on weight which is frustrating I let myself do.

So, my BPEL is down to 6” or just a hair over, which it’s still up from where I started but I have lost some length.

However I have been more consistent with the PGE1 than I have in hanging.

Finally measured today and I’ve gone up 0.5” in girth!

MSEG 6.0”
BEG 6.5”

Took the measurement several times to be sure, I’m surprised by how much it went up, but I haven’t measured girth in a pretty long time.

Need to get more consistent with the hanging and get in more time hanging. I really want to make some more length gains.

Been a few months of consistent PGE1 injections every other day. And a month since my last update.

I can now hit 6.75” girth during a PGE1 session and the day after, it starts to drop back down the day after a little bit. I’m sure if I stopped PGE1 injections I would lose some max girth, but would have cemented something past my starting point.

I’m not sure how far to keep pushing girth knowing that I will loose some before settling at the cemented girth, will it be half an inch? 0.25? 1/8? Who knows. I have a 2 week work trip coming up in dec so I think I’ll lay off the girth work and only hang during that time and see what girth does.

It’s interesting that the PGE1 has made it so easy to increase girth but the length has not been as easy. It was my hope that the PGE1 would really help soften the tunica and make length gains easier, I don’t feel like I’m seeing that.

I’m going to keep this up awhile longer, maybe untill I run out of PGE1, which could be a couple of months more, and then lay off the PGE1 for awhile and see what happens with girth while doing hanging only.

I will say this, PGE1 HURTS! I don’t think it’s necessarily the compound that hurts so much as the 110% erection feeling pushing out all over, and after hours of the biggest erection you can imagine the soreness builds up.

If you only occasionally inject it’s not so bad, but being consistent and consistently working the tunica means that fatigue kicks in that much quicker.

Still it’s pretty fun to measure and realize I’m getting close to hitting 7” at my max.
