I’ve been aware of PE since the early 2000s. Halfway started a few times in the 2000s, but couldn’t be consistent.
In about 2010 I got back into it as a round of self improvement, got a clamp style hangar, but couldn’t get the wrapping right and found it uncomfortable. Then let life get in the way and gave up.
Now after a divorce with an affair I was feeling a little insecure, and with plenty of alone time I decided to get back to it. Tried the clamp style hangar again, still didn’t like it, so I gave up on it again. This might have something to do with having a very small flaccid that made it harder to wrap.
I’ve measured length plenty going back 20 years, it’s always come in right at 5.5BPEL. And I’m overweight, so I have a large fat pad(working on that too). Which left me without much NBPEL, like 4”.
So I cut out alcohol, porn, switched back to meal prep and eating clean, got back into the gym.. And got back on the PE.
In November of 2019 I bought a good cylinder and started pumping, I think I was starting to see progress, or at least stretching skin. I decided that pumping for length wasn’t as effective as hanging, but since I had a mostly packed cylinder it would reduce the traffic cone shape and stretch me.
Then I learned about the LG Hangar. I ordered one up and eagerly started in December. I had a few missteps in late December early Jan from leaving the hangar on too long, even with low weights. Once I got past that I was able to ramp up weight as recommended.
I’m currently feeling like I’m in the Zone, and I don’t want to mess with success.
