Roflnade's Routine
My current routine is a modified Newbie Routine with 15-20 minutes of jelqing. I start with a 5-10 minute warm wrap, and then do standard Newbie Routine manual stretching with the Mandingo stretch thrown in for 30 seconds, and 15 seconds to the left then right. After that, I get a semi-erection and begin jelqing. After each 5 minutes of jelqing, I throw in a Horse 440 (at least I believe that is what it’s called - I make a reverse “ok” grip at the base of my shaft using my thumb and index finger and hold for 8 seconds, then add my middle finger and repeat until I am at my pinky. I then slowly release this and continue jelqing). I then conclude the workout with a 5-10 minute hard wrap while staying aroused to maintain the pump for as long as possible.
