Roho's Routine
Main routine:
often 6 days a week of 12 hours stretching using a vacuum belt stretcher similar to Phallosan Forte. occasionally wearing scrotum stretcher to increase ligament / tunica and skin stretch.
Have used above for 2 months straight, followed by 3 month break. Now back on for 2-3 months.
Breathing using Wim Hoff breath exercises and oxygenating the body combined with forcing blood into the penis with muscles which stimulates increase blood flow massively and creates a healthy alkaline environment.
Intermittent jelqing
