My current routine.
I am currently using one of Monkeybar’s standard extenders with the vacuum attachment. Big shoutout to Monkeybar! I love how comfortable the vac modification is. I work from home so I have the luxury of strapping on the ol’ extender and being productive. I try to get between 5-6 hours a day of extending. Sometimes I only get one hour. But I do try to stretch every day. I am not necessarily a believer in you gotta extend it every day or you gotta take decon breaks.
So my specific routine is as follows. I try to take advantage of the stretch relaxation principle. I do that by strapping on the extender for a period of time. Then I feel my dick relax a bit and stay there for while. Then I take off the extender and use the base screw or the just twist the tension bar area to lengthen the rods.
OK this is where I might lose some of you but I will try to be clear. I keep a word document log of my progress. So the way I measure the increase in the amount of the stretch is by using a ruler to measure the length of the rods. I literally take a clear plastic ruler and measure the side of the rods from where the white plastic is toward the bottom all the way up to the top of the rod.
I currently start at 18.6 centimeters in rod length. Then I increase to 19.2 cm after 30-60 min at 18.6 cm. Then I keep repeating that process. I go from 19.2 to 19.8 cm and then to 20.4 and finally about 20.8 cm. As you can see, I increase the rod length by about 0.6 cm each time I increase the length, except for the last increase which is 0.4 cm.
