RoomToGrow's Routine
My girth sessions are done every other day. I dry jelq periodically throughout the day. I usually like to get in 200 in the morning, 200 around lunch, 200 before dinner, then I do as many as I can at night before bed. I clamp every other day. I usually do 3 sets of 5-10 minutes depending on how I feel. In between clamp sets I do Uli’s, Horses, O-bends, and dry jelqs.
I stretch with my SuckXtender every day for about 40-60 minutes at night before bed. On girth days I stretch right before my night time clamping session.
