Runningamok69's Routine
Manual stretches daily 5 days/week (Mon-Fri) 4-6 times each day (whenever I go to the restroom)
pull up,dn,lt,rt,up-lt,up-rt,dn-lt,dn-rt,straight out
hold each stretch for count of 40-60
jelq routine 3 times a week intermitently on days that I can get enough alone time (un-interupted)
warm wrap
manual stretches 1 set
jelq 5-10 min 3 sets change hold/stroke each set warm wrap between each set
manual stretches up,dn,lt,rt, rotary 30 count ea.
hot shower
