I have gone back to hanging using a Vacuum Hanger (Monkeybars) <br/>
I seem to have gotten over my foreskin problems which caused me to quit before.<br/>
Finally decided what I want…I now want length!<br/>

I hang pretty much every day unless I see any Negative PI’s
About 60-90 mins per day, Straight down. Bent over for partial SO stretch also. <br/>
Also ADS (with the vac hanger) as much as I can between sessions.<br/>
Usually hanging in the morning, for 1-2 sets of 30 mins hanging, then ADS, releasing every 30-45 mins until skin becomes sore, then give it a rest.<br/>
Then in the evening, depending on how much hanging I’ve done. 1-2 sets at 30 mins again followed by light stretchin and a ice cool down if possible.<br/>

Notes:
<br/><br/>
-I jelq on alternate days if I have the time. 15-20 mins, 3 second jelqs.<br/>
-Nearly everything affecting my girth has been halted as I believe I know how to gain girth and I can gain it relatively easily. I believe jelqing is an essential exercise however and want to keep that going.<br/>
-Every routine is started with a warm up under my IR lamp. 10-20 mins stretching in all direction and V-stretches.<br/>
-Currently hanging 5.5lbs. Following the “constant traction” idea, not so much the heavy weight idea. Seems to be working, as I lost ALOT of length due to low motivation and focus on girth. Now my length is the longest its ever been… <br/><br/>

Decided to give hanging a rest as it causes alot of foreskin problems for me.
<br/><br/>
My routine seems to be more orientated toward girth now, jelqing and clamping. However I am hoping to gain a little length too, in the way that Aristocane and Kaan have.
<br/><br/>
Routine<br/>
Morning<br/>
10-15 min warm up under IR light, Directional stretches and V-stretches. Holding for 15-20 secs each. <br/>
Stretching until I feel “loose”<br/>
3x15 High intensity clamping (2 clamps) Edging to full erection and light squeezes<br/>

Evening<br/>
10-15 min warm up under IR light, Directional stretches and V-stretches. Holding for 15-20 secs each. <br/>
Stretching until I feel “loose” again<br/>
20-25 min wet jelq at varying erection levels, mainly between 30-70% but sometimes around 80-90%<br/><br/>

Trying to do this every day with a couple of rest days a week if I dont have the time or if I need them.<br/>
Also trying to work in wearing Monty’s PE weights (3-4 of them) during the day to keep the extention and stretch.
