Sam1966's Routine

Many days I only stretch, jelq, and pump in the shower. I probably spend about 20 minutes total, with 10 of that stretching and 10 using a pump filled with hot water. I usually start off with the pump to get my penis warmed up. I don’t jelq much, I figure since it is mostly for girth, the pump will make up for my lack of jelqing. Several times per week I shower twice a day, and I repeat all of the PE exercises. I drive quite a bit for my job, and a couple of days each week I’ll have a three or four hour drive. I’ve started taking advantage of that time by stretching in the car. I wear pleated dress trousers, so they are baggy, and I wear boxers. The combination allows me to discreetly pull out my pecker and tug on it for hours at a time. I’ll put an empty McDonald’s bag or something on the center console so I don’t have to worry about truckers seeing me. I switch hands every few minutes because they get tired rather quickly. Part of the time I pull downwards toward the front of the car, and part of the time I pull back, towards my left or right hip. That’s pretty much it. I’ve gained an inch and 3/8ths in slightly over a month.
