Samuel_john's Routine
Just started my routine (actually been at it for about 2 weeks or so). Did not take any measurements, when I started, I was getting discuoraged, so I thought I’d measure. I can feel the changes though I did not make any measurements (especially when flaccid). I seem to have developed some problems with erction, so I am going to cut back to 2 on 1 off and include basic newbie stretching. My goal is to work on girth - I do feel that 4.625” girth when erect could definitely use improvement. During the course if length goes up, why not, I’ll take it.
