Sassquatch's Routine

I start with a hot shower, about 5 minutes long. Then I start with the often prescribed 5 minutes of stretching, then I do 10-15 minutes of wet jelqs. After that is finished I do 5 second long kegel flexes, 25 times at the moment. Building up to 50.
