Saulgoode45's Routine

Intermittent throughout day, 5-10mins each:
o Soft/Hard wet jelq in the shower.
o Manual stretch throughout day as time permits.
o Soft/Hard dry jelq at bedtime as opportunity permits (married).
o Edge during happy time, at least twice.

Constantly vary techniques, grip, direction, hold times, pressure etc. to maintain symmetry and balance. No hanging (been there, done that, twenty years ago and am ~not~ doing that again). No stretch devices, supplements, creams, etc. Manual only. Safest and most funnest technique.

I focus on self-confidence and comfort. If this ever became work, I would quit. Work sucks. I work enough already. This should be an enjoyable, pleasant, pressure-relieving activity that improves both mental and physical health, and should prevent the problems men my age tend to suffer.
