i star off with erect bends and i do them each side for 60 seconds and repeat the whole procces 3 times. then i move on to hanging - 5 minutes to warm up with lighter weight then 10 minutes with the real deal. after that i do DLD blasters ond some a-stretches. i’m done within 50 minutes.

i noticed that jelq don’t work for me and neither do squezes.

i train every day for about 4 week (i usualy gain 1/2 inch in length) and i then give myself 3 to 4 weeks absolute rest no PE).

After my initil gains (1/2 inch) i was foced to give up PE for a year (i was in the army, which is obligatory where i come from). i have tried various exercises and have found out that i have a resiliant penis (little buger) which needs a lot of pounding and rest to deliver the gains i am after.
