20 minutes 8 -10 second jelqs, 60-80% erection
Ulis, squeezes and O-bends for 15 minutes
day 2.
IR-lamp warm up. 5-10 minutes.
Manual stretching 20 minutes with IR-lamp
10 min slow jelqs.
day 3. same as day 1, and so on.
