I had been here, before college when I did have free and consistent time, where I posted about me doing some PE. At that time, I had about a month or so time, and I got like 1 or 2 cm out of the whole ordeal. Now college is done, and I’m job hunting, meaning I’ll be stuck at home for a while until I land in a job, so I thought I might as well get back in the game. I mean, I either have enough time to get some results or land a job real fast, either way I’m winning.
So here is my current planned routine:

Hanging for 30 mins with 2 steel balls (waiting on a 1kg weight to come, these are like 170g each)
Dry Jelq for 10 mins
Rest for a while
Hanging again
Jelq again

I used to use an extender but I recall those pinching my scrotum and is generally flimsy and uncomfortable, these weight I got a while back is on a rubber tube which is comfortable and doesn’t slip.
Please give any suggestions, and I will doc my progress here. Here’s to hoping for an inch XD.

Current measurements: (probably measure every week or every other week)
Flaccid: 5.75 inches (pulled)
Erect: 6.0 inches

Anyways, leave suggestions please.
Goal atm is to get to 7 inches somehow.

Did I say that rubber tube was good? Well apparently it aint. The 1kg weight got here, put it on, and right away the tube started sliding over my glans. Crud. Oh well, I’ll stick to the original weights for now, probably looking into getting a better way to hold on to the peen while weight is applied, how does those vacuum things sound?

And according to that, my LOT is at 6, which means that hanging might not be the right way to go. Any thoughts on that?
But for now, imma stick to my current arrangement, if anything, it’s bringing back the gains I once made, when I was jelqing I tried measuring (big mistake I know) and when fully stretched and somewhat erect, my length peaks at 6.2 ish which is encouraging.

Changing up the routine a bit. Since I’m mainly going for length, I am replacing the jelqing stuff with more stretches. Because I am uncut, manual stretches for me tend to end with an erection, which kinda does the same with what jelqing originaly did for me that is filling blood back after stretching. My new routine is like this:

30 min of hanging (~1lb)
3 sets of 50 side to side streches
3 sets of v-stretches (3 spots, 30 sec per spot)
Rest
Repeat above
Jelqing for 10 mins

Imma try this for a bit and see what’s up
Please leave suggestions, though I’m not new to PE, I’m still kind of a noob.

Quick update:

I’ve been doing the same thing so far, took the weekends off for some recovery. Getting used to the manual stretches, that is, not getting as much erections while stretching. Measurement next week probably.

Did measure again today after exercises. 15.5cm atm. Dunno if this will change after the resting on the weekend, but that is all for now. Not really any changes imo, but oh well, effects are slow.

Changed up the weight of the hanging, now I’m using one of those metal balls (for balance really) and a 500g weight. Now it has a bit more tension since the two balls were not doing it anymore. Probably will use the other ball next week or in two weeks, then trying out the 1kg weight after that. Also, I’m investing in a vacuum holder since this rubber noose is slipping off rather easy with heavier weight.

Got me the vacuum hanger. It is really comfortable. So now I’m using the 1kg weight since it don’t slip.. Much..

However careful I am wrapping the silicon on my peen, the vacuum stretcher seem to focus the vacuum on the top half of my glans, which slightly blisters up the upper part of the glans, which looks scary. Do any of you have tips for that? I tried medical tapes instead of the silicon cap but my glans are kinda sensitive so it hurts a lot.

I planned to order cup for glans to prevent blisters. My friend suggestion is to use condom before vacuum cup but never tried yet.I used some med tape to wrap the glans before cup and works good when I have to remove medical tape I used some warm water to be easy without pain. But most working hack is to remove cup after every session for 1-2 min and I did some glans massage.

Update: got used to the vacuum thing, but the silicon just broke.. Cool.. Well I’ll see if it still works, if it doesn’t, I’ll go back to the noose until the new set comes in.

So I got some new silicon sleeves, will be more careful so they last longer, they ain’t cheap..
In other news, the glans cap is showing some rippage on the sides, so that is probably gonna break in a week or two. I think someone said that silicon toe caps works for that purpose, so might look for that once this breaks.

My routine remain largely the same, with the 1kg weight, which is pretty nice, I’ve also came to add another 0.5kg weight for the last ten minutes of the second set. Dunno if that will impede my length growth, which is my primary focus atm.

Current measures: 16.2cm erect

Good air pump without sleeve

Hi

I’m looking to buy a good air pump which doesn’t need a sleeve to work.
I’ve found the sleeve constructs against my penis causing pain
Can anyone recommend something ?

I haven’t been updating since nothing changed for the longest time, including my routine and measurement. But recently I seem to have had a little growth spurt, so the new measurement is:

16.5cm erect.

Which is a bit of improvement. Further updates might happen when I reach 7 inches.. Which is the current goal.

This is my current routine:
45 min hanging with 1kg
3 sets of 50 s2s stretch pointed forward
3 sets of v stretch, 3 spots each for 30 secs each
45min-1hr hanging with 1.5kg (or until it starts to feel off)
3 sets of 50 s2s stretch pointed forward
3 sets of v stretch, 3 spots each for 30 secs each

My current measurement is at around 17cm or 6.7 inches erect. But flaccid stretches to 18cm which is like 7 inches so.. Go figure.
I am making this update because I might put doing PE on hiatus for the time being, as weather is getting cold and I would be wearing long legged pants in home soon and hanging would be a bother. Might resume when I move out or after christmas. I did make some gain which is nice, but I suppose I was just expecting way more than possible.

It’s been a while, I have not updated because my length had like no change, it did kinda reinforce the previous length that is 17cm bp but never went over it.
I am updating because, well, I got a big ol’ blister on the tip of my dick…
I swapped my routine a bit, so now I am hanging roughly 2kg for 2 hours with one set of those manuel stretches, since I heard that it is better to hang for longer.
It worked pretty well for a week or two, then today, when I removed the vacuum, a lot of liquid came out (clear, smells of nothing, probably pre-cum) and there is a blister on the side of the glans.
So I panicked for 5 mins, then decided to use a sterile needle to pop it then wipe it down with alcohol wipes.
Didn’t hurt really, but hopefully no infection. I will wipe it with alcohol wipe here and there and hope for the best.
For now tho, I measured again since I won’t be doing pe for a while. And here are my measurements:
17cm erect bp.

Not very impressive, hopefully when I come back things will get better.

Those blisters suck! I’m 2 days away from being well recovered from my second. Also, consider triple antibiotic ointment (the greasy one), not the cream.
