Sernind's Routine
Modified newbie routine:
- 10 minute warm-up
- 5-6 minutes of stretching (40 second stretches)
- 10-15 minutes of kegel enhanced jelqing (time varies because I try to maintain 80% erection)
- 10 minute warm-down
- Sometimes I kegel during the day, strong BC muscle, when I remember I hold it for a couple of minutes.
