Sevenbyfiver's Routine

1. Warm up - Manual stretch or hot water warmup (5 min.)

2. Jelq with Jelq Device, Dry Jelq, or both (# of reps vary)

3. Post Jelq stretch with PC Stretch (5 min.)

4. One Girth exercise (Uli, Pumped Bend)

5. One head exercise

6. PC strengthening exercise (PC Killer routine or weighted PC Flex)

**My routine consists of 6 week cycles which increase in intensity every two weeks. Each two week cycle I focus on one aspect of penis health (length, girth, or PC strength). I take a two week break every twelve weeks, resume with two weeks of light workouts, then resume the 12 week cycle.
