Sevenisheaven's Routine
Rice Sock Warm Up - 5 mins
Manual Stretching (mainly downwards, sometimes squatting) - 10 mins
Dry Jelq (about 50% erect) - 20 mins
Cool Down by putting penis in glass of cold water - 3 mins
A couple of gentle tugs and jelqs throughout the day to keep it plumped.
