You followed M8ters routine for clamping quiet well, but your girth gains don’t seem to be as extensive as his. Do you have any theories on why?

On PEGym Hydeaway85 seems to do something similar to M8ter and seemed to have a lot of gains as well.

It’s a routine I’m considering strongly, and want to know if it works well or not.

No theories other than different people gain differently. And remember I was stalled for a long time while clamping.

Does IPR work? It appears to work well. My numbers are going up. And from a time efficiency it is gold.

Wife: Yeah!

This will be an interesting update. Quite some time ago I recal measuring my penis and recording it on a piece of paper. After the wife’s comments above I went searching for it but was unable to find it. Yesterday I found it. I knew I wouldn’t have thrown it out. It was with some PE printed information with the print date on the bottom. So I assume I began researching PE and took the measurement. So these print outs dates the measurement being taken some time during the year 2000. So 17 years ago.

I never really focused on girth and for me it was all about length, however I did record girth on this bit of paper and I am glad I did. My MSEG was 11.5 cm or 4.5 inches. Today it is 13.5 cm or 5.25 inches. My length has gone from 17.5 cm or a bit under 7 inches to 18.25 cm or just under 7.25 inches.

The visualiser states that I am 40% bigger by volume.

Now I have had breaks of 10 years during this time. And I would say the quickest gains have come in the last year with IPR. I would estimate ose to 1 cm in girthbover the last 18 months.
