My Daily Routine:
My Routine at work:

1.) Hot wrap to warm up
2.) 30 second stretch in all directions
3.) Dry Jelqs (200)
4.) Cool down with massage.

My Routine at home:

1.) Hot wrap to warm up
2.) 30 second stretch in all directions
3.) Wet Jelqs (300)
4.) Cool down with massage.

Wearing Velcro Wrap for 1 hour after each session initially, but then I’m sure it will increase.
I intend to do this routine 6 days on 1 day off.

Here are my current stats:
BPEL = 5.51 Inches
EG = 4.48 Inches
NBPFL = 4 Inches
FG = 3.93 Inches

My Short Term Goals:
BPEL = 6.5-7 Inches
EG = 5-5.5 Inches
NBPFL = 5-5.5 Inches
FG = 4.5-5 Inches

My Ultimate Goal:
BPEL = 8-9 Inches
EG = 6.5 Inches
NBPFL = 6.5-7 Inches
FG = 5-5.5 Inches
