Hang with a Captains Wench 3 x 15 minutes- SD, SO, SU

Manual stretch in shower 15 minutes all angles plus A/V stretches

wet jelq- 100 strokes

sadsak head exercises 2 or 3 20 seconds each

Sometimes ADS with golf weights or traction set up
