during day 1/2 padlock bikers hang ads (6+hrs)
warmup 10 mins heat pad
early evening simple stretches all directions 3 sets 30secs each hold
4 sets of 15 jai stretches
before bed same stretch routine again and a few dld blasters if head not sore
