SideBanger's Routine

5 Minute warm-water wrap.
2 sets manual stretches - up, down, left, right, under the leg (left and right). 1 minute each.
10-20 minutes of Dry Jelq.
2-3 sets of 50 Lig Blasters (1 second V-stretches, pressed down on the Lig right at the base).
Lots of Fowfers.

2-3 10 minute clamping sets, 2-3 times per week.
