SirD's Routine
I want to explain my seemingly incredable gains. EL Gain, when I started doing PE I could not get a full erection so I knew the measurements would be off somewhat. FL Gain, this is the exciting one to me as my penis used to withdraw, sometime almost even with my body skin and now it hangs out all the time! FG Gain, I did not think to take this measurement when I started. Hope this helps you understand why my gains seem to be so large over such a short period of time.
Hot Towel Warm-Up > 5 minutes
Stretching > Five to Left, Five straight out & Five to Right (Five times)
Lengthening (OK grip using one hand with a cock ring on) > 25 strokes (Three times with each time using a firmer grip.)
Lengthening (OK grip using both hands without a cock ring on) > 5 minutes
Wet Jelq > 10 minutes
Girth Exercise (using only one hand at a time with a cock ring on.) > 10 Minutes
Massage and Warm Down > 5 minutes or take a shower
I also do the following PC exercises each day, not at the same time as my PE but at bedtime:
- One clamp every second for 120 seconds
- One two second holding clamp, release and then hold two seconds again for 60 seconds.
- One five second holding clamp, release and then hold five seconds again for 60 seconds.
- One 60 second holding clamp and release.
- One 120 second holding clamp and release.
- Massage whole area and stretch scrotum sack.
