Six years of PE on and off. My results

I’ve found this website really useful and have gained some interesting knowledge from members so thought I’d share my results and observations.
I dabbled with some manual stretching pre-2014 but didn’t really see much in the way of results. I was hit and miss and undisciplined. There may have been some slight length gains, but they probably were lost as quickly as they were gained. In 2014 I invested in a JES extender and began to track my results, albeit I was hit and miss with how often I could stretch as I lived with somebody, so ended up doing most of my stretching at work.
My starting measurements at August 2014 were 5.95” EL x 4.75 EG” (I’d never had any complaints - at least not to my face - but felt conscious that there were plenty of bigger guys than me out there, and consequently, I was lacking some confidence).
Between August 2014 and August 2018 I logged 318 hours of manual stretching and by August 2018 my measurements were 6.95” EL x 4.95” EG. This averages out at less than 2 hours a week in the extender, but I still managed to gain a whole inch in length and a bit of girth. I was very inconsistent, and the use of the extender was in fits and starts however, it just goes to show any newbies that with a bit more dedication than I gave, good gains are possible.
In September 2018 I invested in a Bathmate X30 and I’ve been doing about 15 minutes a day of pumping for about 5 days a week, which equates to around 5-6 hours a month. I’ve also started doing manual stretches again (10 minutes a session. Basically I stretch my penis in all different directions for a whole minute at a time, and do 10 variations of the angle / direction of stretch) as well as introducing jelqing after the bathmate. Initially, I was spending a whole 15 minutes with the bathmate on, at a good pressure, and with an erection, but started seeing a lot of purple spots on the top half of my penis after each session. Now I do 3 sets of 5 minutes and massage my penis in between sets. I also get back to 90-100% erection before putting the bathmate back on. I don’t see the purple spots so much now, and I do 100 jelqs immediately after the 15 minute session, which helps distribute the blood and minimise any bruising. There is some slight discolouration to my penis after 5 months of bathmate use, but nothing to be overly concerned about. I found the JES extender uncomfortable and I would often slip out, which was frustrating. The bathmate, on the other hand, is very enjoyable, and I love how fat my penis is and how heavy it feels after a session.
My measurements as of today (14th Feb 2019) are 7.5” EL x 5.25”EG
As you can see, I’ve gained a fraction over 0.5” in length with 5 months of bathmate use (roughly 0.1” length gain a month) and 0.3” in girth. I dare say the rate of my gains will slow down with time, but this additional boost has done my confidence no harm. I’ve just bought a clamp this week, and have been using that for about 15 minutes a day (3 x 5 minutes) and again, it feels very pleasurable when wearing it. I get myself erect, pop the clamp on (I use the comfort pad from the JES extender) and kegel as much blood into my penis as possible for 5 minutes. My girth is noticeably bigger during clamping, with lots of veins and my head swells up huge. It’s too early to start thinking of measuring gains, but hopefully a good month will see some results.
I’m now going to embark on a MONTHLY schedule and log time, rather than a daily schedule, consisting of:
- Bathmate = 6 hours in total each month
- Manual stretching = 4 hours in total each month
- Clamp = 4 hours in total each month
- Jelqs = 2500 in total each month
I’ll report back in a month or so and let you know how I’m getting on.
My ultimate goal is 8x6 (or even slightly more if possible).
My own conclusion on PE is that it’s not dissimilar to working out in the gym. I think you tend to see some gains fairly soon, whatever method you employ however, gains seem to plateau, so I think it’s a good idea to mix things up a bit. Also, on my rest days I always (stupidly) worry that I’ll start losing gains however, the rest days seem to be when my penis grows.
If anyone is familiar with the compound effect, this certainly seems to be the case for PE. Consistent input over time = results
