Skimmer2002's Routine

Hung 15 pounds for first 6 months each evening, three 20 min sets with 10 min break between sets. Jelq and squeezes between sets. 20-30 minutes manual stretching each morning.

Was doing manual stretches for 20-30 minutes each morning along with two 10 minute pumping sessions. Evening routine is three 10 minutes sets of hanging with 10 pounds followed by jelqing and squeezing between sets. Follow that up with three 10 minutes sets of pumping at med pressure.

Update: After first year of PE gains stopped. Pumping gave me temporary gains in girth. By 2008 I quit PE altogether due to lack of gains. Now in 2014 I have lost 1 inch in length and 0.5 inches in girth from my peak. Starting up again with old pumping routine to get back what I lost.
