Slickityjim's Routine

warm up, clamp, clamped bends
or warm up, pump sessions 2x 10 minutes
or warm up, hang using a thera band wrap and 5-8 lbs, 2x 10 minutes
or 2-3 hours stretch with thera band wrap to knee.
Before Thunder place I was only hanging. Probably about 5.5 EG and 3.5 FG when I started hanging five year before hearing about Thundersplace. I was 7 EG and 5.25 when I found thundersplace a year ago. I started to Jelq and pump and clamp. Now I have discolouration. No discoloration before Jelquing. Do not push it to the point of getting red dots. This is the start of staining.
