5 min, 30 sec. manual stretches (in shower)
20-30min jelqing for a couple weeks, toned down to around 10min now because 20-30min was too much (after shower)
rice sock warm up for 5min
Kegels with towel used as resistance, wrapped over erect penis and held under my thighs
