A pretty traumatizing situation happened to me a few years ago where an ex had made a passing comment about my size, coupled with a situation where my life was getting stagnant - no disposable income, no privacy, all work and no social life. I’ve read that my size is supposedly average. I’m bi, and I’ve always noticed all the other guys I’ve slept with were all bigger than me, and the girls I’ve slept with hadn’t really been all that excited either. Either situation did not make me feel very good.
Now I’ve been able to get myself out of what was a pretty stagnant life and into a place of my own, a good career, decent income, and a chance to concentrate on myself. After a few months of working in a protein/produce-rich diet and a strict regimen of exercise, my abdominal fat is almost gone and am now taking the plunge of getting some confidence with my size, and doing something about it. This post is just a starting point for me to see what changes to see, and to motivate me by “documenting” my progress.

I decided to splurge and try out an X4 extender after few minutes of jelqing in the shower. My process has been 2 hours of 1400g (the second line in the tension spring), and then another two hours of minimal tension thereafter in the morning hours. Then at night, I’ll put the extender on again at minimal tension for another 2-3 hours. On occasion, if I drift off to sleep with it on, it usually finds its way off without much notice.
Here goes nothing, and I’ll be continuing to post to this chain for myself.
