Smallie_hawgin's Routine
Warm up with Rice sock about 5 min, typically do manual stretches until some noticeable tenderness is felt… Then do ulis and basal girth jelqs… Not entire shaft just within two inches of base. Usually about 100-200 reps, 5 days a week, take weekends off. Cool down usually involves shower. Rarely rice sock again.
