Soja's Routine
Newbie Routine:
5 min warm up with hot washcoth
30 sec stretch each direction x4 about 20 min.
20 min. session, 3 sec jelq with mixed grip overhand “U” grip and underhand “OK” grip more emphasis on overhand grip
5 min warm down with hot washcloth
Edging on rest days
