Sojelq Shrugged

An hour of straight out bungee stretches w/ my bib. Then 6 hours of Phallosan to heal in extended state.

Been doing this 2 on and 1 off (or something close to this) for last 2-3 months. Girth feels great during sex. Length doesn’t “feel” longer, but in the throes of passion, I don’t actually take the time to really assess my length

Maybe I’ll take out the ruler next month as I haven’t measured since last September

New routine……After 4 - 5 months of stretching (bungee + bib hanger), I’m starting something new. The straight bungee stretch has been good. I still jelq as well (not dropping this from my routine).

Just looking for a little change to keep things interesting. Dick is solid when erect. Feels thicker ( but not necessarily longer) after these past few months of SO stretching.

So I’ll try this……Dynamic stretching with light jelqing on Day 1; dynamic pumping (similar to HomerJS) on Day 2. Will try to do 2 on 1 off, or thereabouts.

I should measure at some point. Eyeballing it, it’s still about 7” BPEL but thinking I’ve got more girth. One of these days…..

This may be why its working for HJS. Perhaps he is breaking down the shorter connective tissue [using dynamic pumping with high pressure] allowing the longer ones to be stretched out.

I remember when Monty would hit a plateau hanging, he would use a wt about 15-20 percent heavier for a few minutes to “break up scar tissue” then go back to the wt he had been using, and start to make gains again!

Perhaps that is what is going on here. Again maybe the ideal would be to use this method for a short time, then go back to lower vacuum, longer periods of time and see if you can break plateaus with this method, while NOT toughening tissue. The problem that has always shown up with high force methods is it limits total gains because once the tissue toughens, you are done gaining. Otherwise, you will have to continue to use higher and higher forces in order to break or stretch the increasingly tough tissue, and eventually you will either hit the wall or destroy your penis.

I remember one of our members working up to hanging over 100 lbs. He made rapid gains for a short period of time, then hit the wall and no additional gains would come. I think he gained about 1 1/2 inches length before it stopped. (warning here, catastrophic injuries have occurred with guys who go the high force route).

On the other hand, most of the guys that have gained the most have used moderate to low forces for prolonged periods of time, and rarely with significant injuries.

The perfect hearing pad to wrap the pump —- Thermophore Maxheat 14” x 14”. Bought from amazon for ~ $50. Far superior to other heating pads — it actually gets hot. Not just warm

At the highest setting, the tube actually get too hot as well. I need to monitor it very carefully to switch from high to medium to low and back again. This maintains a toasty warm tube throughout the session.

Max size while under pressure is at new high by 1/4 inch.

That’s okay (since girth pleasures my girl more so than length).

Very noticeable during actual sex. How I look and how erect I am when I’m alone is different. Very pleased with actual EQ when it really counts

MSEG is now 5.25” (1/4 inch gain in 1 year). Very consistently measures at this

No length gain since last measurement. But thinking I’ll take girth over length (not that I have to choose)

EQ is good. Less stretching and more jelqing is keeping me harder more frequently and consistently.

Now if I could only get Ms. Sojelq to have sex more than 1x per week

After one year of jelqing ( always using some type of oil, coconut oil), for some strange reason I just started to dry jelq last night for about 10 minutes. It felt good. There is no other reason for me doing it.

And yet all day today my dick feels like it has had a good workout. A bit sore. But not a bad type of service.

Wondering if a dry jelq somehow enables me to stimulate minor tissue damage that will result in better overcompensation and repair than a wet Jelq?

“What I am saying is [measuring flaccid stretch] is a critical tool to begin to determine what is best for you.

Lets say you measure and find that you seem to have shrunk by about 3 mm, but you do your PE anyway, just a little less. The next day you may find you actually made up all of that 3 mm and gained another 3 mm. This may be telling you that when you are still partially contracted (smooth muscle insult) that if you PE anyway, but go easy, you do really good.

OR you may see that you measure short and a rest day is beneficial. OR you may find 1-3 mm is meaningless to your outcomes, but if you are 5 mm or more contracted, 1-2 rest days brings all the loss back plus more.

So you see, we are all a little different, but if you learn to read your own bodies responses, you can find what it right for you. Also keeping a journal like Chrono suggested is very important. Now here is the great part, once you get a handle on how you respond, it allows you to stay in the growth zone no matter what method of PE you use.”

While we were having sex, the girlfriend grabbed either end of my dick and playfully (and lightly) squeezed both hands together. And this reminded me ….time to add something new to my routine of jelqs and stretches. Twice per week, I’ m adding squeezes. Like jelqing simultaneously from both ends of my dick.

As Equinerooster said: “The Horse 440 squeeze works by expanding the tunica laterally via displacing of blood in the penis. Get a fairly good erection and place one hand firmly around the base of your penis so that no blood can escape. Then, loosen your grip and kegel in blood and clasp the hand at the base to keep the blood from leaving. Do this until you have a very firm erection, then form a tight “OK” grip with your other hand and slide it down over the head of your penis (remember to keep the hand at the base clamped tightly as you do this so that no blood escapes the CCs). What you are essentially doing is displacing the blood in the glans so that you can use the added volume to force the tunica to expand laterally. Because of the extreme amount of internal pressure involved in these exercises, they are often used in conjunction with jelqs where every X number of jelqs is followed by a horse squeeze (read as: be VERY careful with these).”

Started measuring bone pressed stretched flaccid a month ago. Either my measuring for this is getting better, or the recent lighter jelq/stretch routine is having a positive effect. I’m up 3/8 inch in last month. Light routine is good for PI as well

“There is a fine line between too strong and not too strong. Just spent a couple weeks at too strong.

I have found that I get the best results from a grip that is harder than “light”. But it has to be only slightly stronger than what I would call “light”.”

Added 1/8” to my girth over last 6 months. Length holding steady

Happy about the girth. Rod gets thicker and g/f keeps smiling.

Jelq and stretch 2 on and 1 off (10 minutes each). Otherwise I don’t think about PE

Lately I’ve been jelqing with a shorter stroke. I stop a good half inch or more from the corona. With this stroke length, I still take 3-4 seconds to complete each stroke.

By stopping well short of the glans, I get a balloon effect.

This really stretches the shaft and head from blood trapped inside. The pressure is intense, so I back off quickly since I prefer jelqing to be a light-to-medium exercise.

There’s a real internal stretch of the tissue, from deep inside to the tip of the head.

The net effect is that jelqing has become a conglomeration of stretching and ballooning.

After I’m done with each session, I’m left with a plump unit

Perhaps this is why my girth has improved.
