Some progress from a lazy guy
Hi.I posted here before some results I had with PE in December last year and I’m now updating. I started with an almost 16.5 cm BPEL penis and after a month or maybe 2 I got to almost 17.5 cm and right now I am 18 cm with a good erection. My measurements are done with a wooden ruler, penis straight parallel to the ground or a bit upwards.I’m posting this not only for the results, but for the other changes as well. Flaccid size seems bigger now and more “elastic”.The weird thing is that even tho my measurements is for sure 18 cm I don’t see it that big. I feel it bigger than before in my hands but when I look at it it doesn’t seem to me that it grew. This may be something psychological. Achieving an erection is a little harder than before. Right now when I sit down I can easily get an erection if I focus and I’m horny enough but when I stand up its pretty hard to hold my erection. And I didn’t do any PE for a month now. When I do get an erection tho it is hard ,very hard. What I also noticed it’s that my erection almost always goes off when I try to measure it, but this may be psychological. My PE regime is the most lazy one here I think. From 4-5 months of PE I think I did like one week per month TOPS. Once every 3-4 days, sometimes 2 times in 3 days. My workout was not planned or regular in any way. I just did PE when I could or I wanted.5 minute warming my unit in hot water, jelqs 50-100,3 second strokes ,no more than 50% erection, most of the time maybe a 10% erection, just enough to be some blood in my penis to squeeze there. After the jelqing, I did some light stretching 20 second hold each direction, than an helicopter stretch. After that I tap my penis a couple of times to cool it off and that’s pretty much it. Lately I do less than before. I actually gave up on stretching sometimes because of my EQ problems. Some days I can’t get an erection ,other days I can. I still do not know why I have EQ problems sometimes.It’s not every time but it happens. The results are more than good for my lazy ass PE exercises that I was not at all consistent. My 18 cm mark tho just put a thought in my mind. If I start a serious PE workout and keep it for half a year maybe a year and be consistent with it, maybe I will get to 20 cm or more. That seems a lot, but it’s less than inch from where I am now. Whenever I have EQ problems I stop every PE for the next 3-4 days because I love my penis and I want it to function. Any tips I can get her guys here for a still newb like me? Also any tips from guys who got experience and also encountered EQ problems along the way? I promise I will keep track of my progress, I don’t promise pictures(for now),but I will promise to stick to any plan and tips I get from you guys. Having a really big unit is what I always wanted:D
