After about 3 weeks, I dropped the stretching and only jelqed. When I reached my goal after about 6 months, I reverted to a maintenance routine—2-3 days a week of hot wrap-jelq-hot wrap of about 20-30 min a day.
On Sep 22, 2003, I started pumping to try to gain additional girth.
