Spartacus100's Routine
I tried a bunch of things when I first started. I’ll skip all that. The routine I attribute my gains to is simple. For as much time as possible I use a Phallosan Forte. I use it with its strap as designed and I also use it modified as a hanger to hang from 5 to 9lbs. I use the heating pad from the start of the session until about 30 minutes before I expect to end the session. During the last 30 minutes I remove the heating pad and allow things to cool down. My personal experience is the cool down in the stretched state allows for extended periods of time in a longer flaccid state. I don’t do manuals, but my girlfriend is very hands on all the time so I benefit from her constant attention which helps blood flow I’m sure. I am currently maintaining gains. I have not gained during the past 8 months. I have not been as committed to sessions. I now average about 15 hours a week. When I was gaining I was using the Phallosan for an average of 6 hours daily (including nights) with a total of over 1300 hours during the gaining months. I did stop when I reached 7.5 inches. For a month or two I remained committed to about 6 hours a day, but dropped back to maintenance when I realized the gains had stopped for me.
