Sppicyy's Routine
Warm up - 10 Minutes with warm towel at 50% erection
Stretches - Remain flaccid or below 30% erection.
Helicopter stretch (5 revs per sec for 20 seconds)
Stretch left with 25 fast Kegels then pull outwards and do 10 rotation stretches to the left then 10 to the right
Helicopter stretch
Repeat step #2 but to the right

Stretch out, 25 Kegels, repeat circle stretches

Stretch out, 25 Kegels, repeat circle stretches

Jelqing - Lube up, 60-70% erection.
50 Wet jelqs with 3.5 seconds per rep with both hands counting as one rep.
Then 30 V-Jelqs same details as wet Jelq

Repeat V- Jelq
Repeat Jelq
Repeat V-Jelq
Warming down - 6 minutes warm towel warm down (same as warm up)
