Spy_Guy's Routine

I pretty much do the Newbie routine, with slight variations. Stretch in all directions 3 sets, 1 to 2 minutes each. Then Jelq for up to 30-45 minutes. After conducting the LOT test, I understand that as I have a LOT of about 8, I need to focus on High stretches and hangs. So, I jelq up, and out front for the most part. Jelq down as I need to increase erections once it starts to disipate.
