Starting Out - Girth & EQ Gain Aims With Supplements

Hi people,

Starting the year with a full time routine, 2-3 days on 1 day off. Done some PE before but hadn’t committed yet. Just came out of a long term relationship and started seeing someone else, so I want to use this time of living alone to really put the work in and make some gains for the sake of the new lady and my own confidence.
Starting at 6.2" x 4.5", and I’m not too fussed about length gains, but want to get into that 5" girth bracket as being on the thinner side of average really weighs on me. I know EQ makes a big difference too as I only feel at about 80% of what I can be when things get spicy, so even if I don’t make much in girth gains I will be happy with improved EQ.
As well as a standard starting routine consisting of the usual manual stretches, wet jelqs, V-jelqs, squeezes, kegels, and warm ups and warm downs, I am also running again, done with smoking, done with drinking, having only green tea instead of coffee, and am on a course of natural supplements that can be helpful such as Maca root, Ginkgo, Ginseng, and Pomegranate. These are all life changes I’m happy making and are already making a difference, and am not feeling like I’m punishing myself over an obsession, as I know some people would be making changes in a way that feels like a struggle. The new person I’m seeing is much more sexual and craves longer sessions, so I want to deliver the best experiences possible and find living for these experiences much more satisfying than the small joys of drinking and smoking etc which I’ve recently got finally bored of.

Anyway, wanted to put my aims out there for any tips or encouragement from experienced PEers with similar paths. I think the diet/supplement aspect is just as important as the exercises, and for the next few months will be happy with the manual routine on its own but am open to leveling up to devices if others think I should go that direction. Any suggestions of routines and things that helped any of you with girth and EQ gains will be greatly appreciated. Planning for a marathon and not a sprint of course.

Seen some really good progress forums already which I will be following for encouragement too.

Many thanks in advance.

Those are reasonable goals. I don’t think you’ll have any problems meeting them.

Definitely. [tips hat] It can take some time to get the new lifestyle/habits set up, but it’s very definitely worth it.

Try to avoid things with added sugar or soy. A lot of foods are estrogenic, either naturally or with common additives. The Standard American Diet is a dumpster fire of garbage, misinformation, and outright fraud, to the point FDA and AMA data is no better than random whackos on the internet. All you can do is read widely and do the best you can.

The manuals are a good place to start. After completing the newbie routine, you might consider moving to pumping. Maybe about this time next year, think about adding some clamping. It’s not a good idea to jump into that until you have a fully-conditioned unit.

Thanks AndyJ,

That’s a big boost of encouragement.

My diet is already pretty clean, and am pretty aware of the corruption of FDA etc. I don’t eat fried/junk food anymore and read labels for things like emulsifiers and sugars and additives. Mostly whole veg, legumes, rice, and a bit of meat. I’m Coeliac so my body already has a hurdle towards nutrient absorption, so keeping that optimised means better general health, good blood-flow, and better recovery from gains as long as I keep eating right. Fortunately I’m good in the kitchen.

It’s good to know the manuals are sufficient starting out and I am hoping for satisfying newbie gains over the next few months. After that point I expect I’ll be seeing more of the new woman in my life as for now it’s less often as we come off the back of our old relationships and reset our lives. She’s the kind of person that wouldn’t leave over a size thing, but even so I dread the thought that she thinks ‘he’s great but I wish he was bigger’, hence why I’m here. To anyone reading this in a similar boat, I highly recommend ‘She Comes First’ by Ian Kerner to pretty quickly improve your tongue skills. Keeps a girl happy while you take the time to build your size.

Sounds like a great plan to start! I would stick with newbie routine for at least 6 months. I stuck with that routine for a year. Then got into clamping and eventually pumping.

Three things to keep in mind:

1. Consistency is key.

2. Rest days are important.

3. Using heat during routine, also a key to succes.

Remember to listen to your dick. Keeping track of EQ and PI’s. An overworked penis is one that won’t perform very well during spicy time.

I really want to read that book! At the moment, life is very busy for me. Due to the holidays and a death in the family. Hopefully before the end of winter.

Good luck, enjoy the newbie gains! They’re the easiest to gain.

+1 Water pumping after 6 months, take it slow, my EQ went great with water pumping after a 6-month jelq routine. I feel like you work it out and then fill it up. You will know what I mean in 6 months

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

If you have a freak in the sheets and you are in to vitamins, check out the cum cocktail thread. I give my wife a load and she feels so good that she makes me cum that hard.

Two more things. I use a NIR+RED for fast warmups and I use coconut oil for jelqing.

Holy Grail of Cum Load Increase
