Hey guys, bit of a lurker here but I’ve been gaining. 7.6 BPEL x 5.8 (6 post workout) steady for a month now. Been doing PE on and off for a few years.
Wife gave me a giggly “stud muffin” comment the other day. Feels good :)
I’ve hit a slow-down and since I’ve been hanging heavy weights I’m going to do a decon break for a month.
I was curious if anybody had a light-duty “maintenance” routine that worked well during decon for EQ or if I have to be completely hands-off to get the benefit of the break?
