Stave's Routine
20 minutes in Bathmate 3-5 times a week.
20 minutes various stretches. Especially A stretches, and inverted A stretches, circular stretches etc.
15 minutes dry jelq minimum. Sometimes much longer.
15 minutes wet jelq. Again sometimes longer.
10 minutes for Horse 440 squeezes and sadsak head exercises.
I exercise from 75 minutes to 2 hours.
Sometimes I only take one rest day if I feel I’ve had a sub par week. Only have had a couple of these so far and am still pretty diligent with my routine.
- As of August 7th 2013 I am following Mem’s Mechanism with the only difference being Dry Jelquing and perhaps 20 mins extra time doing traditional stretches. This comes out to less time than what I was doing before.
*Note in my measurement statistics I do count in the unmeasured part of the ruler as the purpose of this data is for statistics, and that is the most accurate measurement. Usually in the forums I do not count this to be on the conservative side.
