Stealthmaster's Routine

5 min warm-up
10 min stretches, sd, sdl, sdr, so.
5 min warm-up
10 min jelqing
5 min warm down
5 on weekend off

As of 11/1/07

10 minute warm up, 20 min stretches-sd,sdl,sdr 20 seconds each. 20 minutes jelqing around 70% 10 warm down.
My member is conditioned now so I don’t take rest days.

AS OF End OF MARCH 2008

10 minute warm up-hot was cloth
5 minutes jelqing at around 60 or 70 percent
10 minutes warm down-hot wash cloth
