Yes. I’m starting my journey, and I would like to share this with you and get some feedback of you, once I’m just starting out being a newb.
I already posted explaining my situation and the conditions I’m in to do PE and get some gains.
So have a look here to get a little backstory :) :
Advice For The Newbie
I opted to do some stretching after the shower, whenever I could (not always the case). If I couldn’t make it after a hot steamy shower, I would do some stretches throughout the day whenever I go to the toilet, ending up doing 5 minutes a day. This is my plan.
From the advice I already got, I think I’m gonna focus on length. That’s why I’m doing the stretches. I like to jelq too, so whenever I feel like, I throw in a couple jelqs.
Current stats and goals:
- I am at 6.3 inches BPEL (curved upwards penis, measured with straight ruler).
- Around 5.3 EG (measured with a string and ruler or measuring tape. The measuring tape gives a slightly shorter measurement)
