4 mins of assisted strechtes (out) 4 times 1 min,
4 mins of twisted strechtes (out) 4 times 1 min,
6 x 30sec inverted V stretches,
400 wet jelqs and 30 squeezes (actually 200 jelqs, 30 squeezes, 200 jelqs)
