Stretching for the first time

After 12 years of pe routines and thousands spent on pe equipment I finally decided to try stretching.

I did 30 second sets until I hit the 5 minutes mark on the downward, upward, left and right downwards stretch. Followed by the instructed 5 minutes heating and 50 kegels.

My conclusion is WOW! I never felt anything like this before it is so intense and 15 minutes after I’m still feeling it.

All them wasted hours and dollars, hanging, using a bathmate and wearing a ADS 8 hours a day. When all I needed to do was simple stretching to really feel something. This is my first time in my 12 years of pe were I actually can say im fatigued.

I’m very excited and hopeful that after doing this for a year I’ll finally find some gains.

I too hope that instead of hanging and causing damage to skin etc. I would have started manual stretching. Later discovered it is good.

7 hours later and I still feel it.

Yeah. With manuals it is so easy to do it every direction. And I can easily generate over 10kg of force if needed.

Hey man, were you stretching max tension or going easy?
How many sets of 30secs?

My favorite is to twist pull and squeeze at the same time.

I’m not sure but I was giving it a 2 handed pull for the downward and upwards.

10 sets of 30 seconds for each. After doing these for about a month then I’ll try the twist and pull along with other more hardcore variations. Do you wear a sleeve afterwards by any chance?

I use vacuum ADS to cool down, but really lazy nowadays. Will soon be back on track

Adding bed fowers to the daily mix. Since I spend majority of my day on my bed mines as well right? Best way I found to do it, is sitting on my laptop since I have a memory foam mattress.
