Stretching for the first time
After 12 years of pe routines and thousands spent on pe equipment I finally decided to try stretching.
I did 30 second sets until I hit the 5 minutes mark on the downward, upward, left and right downwards stretch. Followed by the instructed 5 minutes heating and 50 kegels.
My conclusion is WOW! I never felt anything like this before it is so intense and 15 minutes after I’m still feeling it.
All them wasted hours and dollars, hanging, using a bathmate and wearing a ADS 8 hours a day. When all I needed to do was simple stretching to really feel something. This is my first time in my 12 years of pe were I actually can say im fatigued.
I’m very excited and hopeful that after doing this for a year I’ll finally find some gains.
