Stretching clamping hanging same day progress thread
Hey I just started doing PE exercises, I’ve read a lot on this forum and might be stubborn, I can’t and won’t understand why its such a big deal to not work on girth + length on the same time, I think its bullshit to need to hang for at least a year or two before I can get bigger girth when clamping is immediate results from the day you do it.
Heres my progress so far

ZEN HANGER (BUT DON’t BUY IT, I DIDNT KNOW CABLE CLAMPS ARE CHEAPER)
Day 1: 1kg hanging for 15min, break 10min
Hanging 20min 10 min break
Hanging 25 min 10min break
50 stretches right and left
Day 2: Hanging 25 min 5min break
Hanging 30min 5min break
Hanging 30min 5min break
Hanging 30min done
30 strecthes right and left
Day 3: Hanging 1 hour 15min break
Hanging 30min 10min break
Hanging 1 hour done
10 stretches right and left
Day 4: hanging 2 hours 15min break
Hanging 30min 10min break
Hanging 30min 10min break
Hanging 30min 5min break

Day 5: hanging 2 hours 2min break

From now on I started to clamp alongside hanging 3 days on 1 day off clamping
Day 14:
Stretch 10-20 times
Clamping 3x10 minutes, 5min break on each set
Hang 2 hours with 2kg
Stretching 10-20 times
Day 15:
Stretch 10-20 times
Clamping 3x20 minutes 5min break on each set
Hanging 3 hours
Stretching 10-20 times
Day 16 to 20 is the same as day 15 and I’m still continuing
My girth has already increased by a bit, my dick looks fatter already even when I wake up in the morning with a boner its increased,
And my flaccid mode dick now looks longer and fatter but hard mode its only fatter
