Super115space's Routine
Day 1:
a) 10 minute warmup (with a rice sock)
b) 150 very light wet jelqs with overhand ok grip (30-50% erection, 3 seconds apiece)
c) 5 mild 30-second rotary stretches left and then 5 to the right (A total of 5 minutes worth)
