5/27/10 - begin 2 on 1 off. 5 min warmup, 10 minutes jelq (3 seconds/jelq)
currently (8/29/10) - shower warmup, 10 minutes stretch, 10 minutes jelq
-penis looks bigger throughout the day
-remeasured girth (midshaft) using more accurate method, which accounts for decrease in girth

3/9/11 - begin pumping (before this, long hiatus from PE)

4/18/11
been pumping consistently. about 5 days on 2 days off each week. 2 8 minute sessions at 4-6 mmHg. maxed at 4, but experience donut holes at 3 to 4.
measurements with 2 days rest from pumping:
base girth - 4.25
midshaft girth - 3.75
head girth - 3 3/16
bpel - 5 1/8
