Supercornbread's Routine
My routine: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday
Shower/ Bathmate- 20 Minutes
DLD Girth Blasters-10 minutes (stopping when it gets really red, 20 second cool down then repeating)
Jelq and Hold-20 minutes (every jelq is exactly 3 seconds long and on the 10th stroke i hold for 1 minute)
Cooldown/Stretches-10 minutes (mainly JAI stretches at 1 second holds in all directions)
Kegel-all day/ 200 (i vary from short strong holds to slow and long holds, evenly distributed)
